CONCRETE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for choosing our concrete furniture. Please follow these care instructions to ensure its longevity:
- Place the furniture on an even surface to avoid unnecessary stress on connection points.
- When moving furniture, empty it first to prevent damage to both the item and the floor. Dragging is not recommended.
- Use trivets or coasters for hot items; while concrete is heat-resistant, extreme heat can discolor or damage the sealer.
- Clean spills immediately with a dry cloth, then use mild soap and warm water for daily cleaning. Avoid using abrasive clothes, dry tissues, soaps or cleansers.
- Protect the surface when writing or drawing to prevent scratches or other marks.
- Leave a small gap between tables and chairs to prevent marks or discoloration on chair backs or armrests.
- Avoid cutting directly on the concrete to maintain the integrity of the sealer.
- To enhance protection, occasionally apply a high-quality transparent furniture wax. Wax once within the first two months of use, then every 3-6 months.
- Cover the furniture when not in use to extend its life.
- Hairline cracks may develop; if they do, apply a thick layer of wax and rub it in thoroughly to prevent moisture from seeping in.
