I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival mentioned on the product page. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by courier arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
Kindly note that your order might also be delivered in on or two batches, so if you do not receive all your items in the first package, sit back and relax, as it should be delivered in the second batch which you will receive a separate tracking for.
If however all your items are not delivered within the estimated delivery time (mentioned on the product page(s)) or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service
to verify within 10 days of the order date.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us on CustomerCare@homekode.com with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
MY ITEM FELL DOWN & IS SMASHED INTO PIECES
HomeKode holds no responsibility over damages that take place with your product while in use. The only reimbursement HomeKode can offer for damages, is for the products delivered in a damaged/defective condition which has to be reported on the same day of delivery.
