Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You may cancel your order within 24 hours (twenty-four hours) from the time of placing it.

  • Cancellations within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.

  • To cancel, please contact our customer service team at customercare@homekode.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

After the initial 24-hour period, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch. Once processing begins, Cancellation requests will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Early Delivery Requests

If you request delivery earlier than the indicated delivery window, please note that:

  • Such orders are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund, as expedited processing begins immediately.

Orders Within the Delivery Time Frame

If your order is placed within a specific delivery time frame and you decide to cancel during this period, please be aware that:

  • The order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as fulfillment and logistics processes are already underway.

  • This includes cases where an earlier delivery date is selected after order confirmation.

Special or Custom Orders

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, as production begins promptly after order confirmation.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If your cancellation is approved under the terms of this policy:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
