At HomeKode, we strive to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible while providing flexibility to our customers. Please review the following cancellation policy before placing your order.


Cancellation Requests for Custom, Made-to-Order & Personalized Products Within 24 Hours

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, modified, or specially procured products may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.

After this period, production, procurement, material allocation, or manufacturing activities may begin and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Once production or procurement has commenced, such orders are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Standard Products (Ready-Made Items)

For standard, non-customized products, cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will be reviewed based on the current status of the order.

Cancellation may not be possible if:

  • The order has already been dispatched.
  • The order has been scheduled for delivery.
  • Significant fulfillment, procurement, or logistics processes have already been completed.

Where cancellation is possible after processing has begun, HomeKode reserves the right to deduct any applicable costs incurred in relation to fulfillment, transportation, procurement, payment processing, or handling.

Early Delivery Requests

If a customer requests delivery earlier than the originally communicated delivery timeframe for custom, made-to-order & personalized products, HomeKode may begin processing, procurement, scheduling, or fulfillment activities sooner than normal.

As a result, cancellation options may become limited depending on the stage of the order at the time the cancellation request is received.

Each cancellation request will be reviewed based on the status of the order.

Orders Scheduled for Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched or entered the final delivery scheduling stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If delivery services, transportation arrangements, installation services, or third-party logistics costs have already been incurred, applicable charges may be deducted from any approved refund.

Refunds

Where a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any applicable fulfillment, procurement, transportation, installation, payment processing, or service-related costs may be deducted where relevant.
