Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and Delivery Policy

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival mentioned on the product page. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by courier arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information or contact our customer care for the most accurate delivery date. 

Kindly note that your order might also be delivered in one or more batches. If you do not receive all your items in the first package, sit back and relax, as they should be delivered in one of the remaining batch, for which you will receive a separate update or tracking number.

If, however, all your items are not delivered within the estimated delivery time (mentioned on the product page(s)), or if your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service to verify the status of your order.


Shipping Terms

  • We currently deliver our products within the UAE only.
  • Delivery takes 1-12 working days, depending on the product you are ordering. Please refer to the Shipping Tab under each product page for a more accurate delivery time.
  • Our items are shipped using our third-party logistics partners to your doorstep. Please be advised that our delivery includes only delivery to your doorstep and not placement of the items inside the house.
  • NB: We may apply an additional charge for the fixation/placement of the equipment/products if applicable and the fixation/placement service is available. Please reach out to our customer care for further inqueries.
  • Our shipping fees are FREE all around the UAE.
  • The fees for our expedited shipping service range from AED 100 to AED 250, depending on the item's weight and your location. It's important to note that this applies exclusively to ready-made items and not to all products.   • Orders need to be placed before 1 PM to start counting the days.


International Shipping:


Please note we do not offer international shipping for our products at the time being. However, if you desire to import your order from HomeKode to your own country, our dedicated customer care team is available to facilitate by supplying you with the approximate actual and volumetric weight specifications for your order.

It will be the customer's responsibility to coordinate with q courier for the  pick-up and international shipping arrangements, including all associated costs and procedures. We appreciate your understanding of our limitations at the time being in this regard.


Extra Large Items Deliveries:

Before ordering an extra large item, please ensure that your elevator and door dimensions can accommodate the product's size. It's essential to measure your elevator's interior dimensions and the width of your doorways to prevent any delivery difficulties as most of our products are delivered assembled. If you have any concerns about accessibility, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance. Ensuring proper access will help us deliver your item smoothly and hassle-free.
