Refund policy

RETURNS
We offer FREE carriage on all unwanted and eligible for return items (Check Return Eligibility under your product page description). Once you have received your item(s), please open the item(s) carefully and inspect as required. If the item is not suitable, please return the item to the original packaged state and contact us to arrange your free return. All returns requested within the 2 day returns window and returned boxed with original packaging and original condition only will be issued with a full refund or store credit.

RETURN TIMESCALE
Items will be picked up from your address and returned to us within 2-3 working days after you submit your return request. 

REFUND TIMESCALE

We issue all applicable refunds/store credits (subject to the item being returned by the courier to our warehouse in time) within 2 working days after receiving the item.
 
RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your item fully upon receipt. Any items which are damaged or otherwise marked in any way must be advised within the same day of delivery and returned in the original packaging they were received with. Once notified, we can then inform our courier of the damage to the item and arrange a replacement to be sent out to you. Please make sure the item is packed in the original box it was received with to avoid replacement rejection.


If you know that you will not be able to check the item within the day of delivery, please contact us after ordering and advise the time window you would require in order to inspect the item.


Please note that  Accidental damages are not covered under our return policy
 
IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF YOUR ITEM
If you are not happy with the quality of your order, we will collect and refund your order in full or replace with the same model or similar as to your choice.
We will not attempt to replace your order with the same item more than once given the same issues keep occurring. A return will be initiated and a refund/store credit will be issued at no cost on the customer. Our products are made to a high standard, however from time to time small industry issues can surface.


DISCLAIMERS
Our delivery/Collection service is for items delivered/collected at your doorstep.
Our drivers may be able to take away your packaging upon request, however some of our partner couriers may not be able to offer this service. We would only recommend disposing of your packaging upon delivery if you are absolutely certain your item is as required and will be kept. Returning an item without original packaging will incur return damages and so will not be processed upon receiving.



REFUND METHOD
We can refund your order directly to your card if you paid by card through www.HomeKode.com or if you paid using any of our installment payment methods. However, if you paid Cash on Delivery or POS upon delivery, the refund can only be done to your account as a store credit which you can redeem on your future order(s) with us.
