For longevity and maintenance of our micro concrete furniture, please note that while these items are suitable for outdoor placement, exposure to direct sunlight, direct water, such as heavy rains, may potentially result in damage over time. We recommend placing these pieces in covered outdoor areas or using protective coverings during periods of heavy precipitation to ensure their continued durability and aesthetic appeal.

Payment:
As this is a made-to-order item, we require a 50% down payment to begin the production process. This down payment must be processed in advance, with the remaining 50% payable prior or upon delivery. Please note that the initial 50% down payment is not eligible for refund. This policy ensures that we can initiate the crafting of your made to order item promptly while providing a balanced payment approach

Each tabletop undergoes a meticulous hand-coating process using our remarkably resilient 8-layer microconcrete system, resulting in a flawless surface that boasts complete resistance to scratches. However, as this is a handcrafted item, please expect some variations resulting in the surface being painted by hand.
